Many a times people complain about not keeping up with healthy meals as they are constantly travelling or moving around. 

So here are a few tips that will help you eat healthy on go

Zip-lock bags make great bite sized goodie bags. Fill them with fruits like litchi, grapes, cereal bits, khakhra or unsalted nuts, raisins.

For longer trips that might mean missing meals, carry nutrition bars, pack a lunchbox with sandwiches, roti wraps, frankie  with chopped vegetables, salads and fruit.

Individually wrapped snacks like low-fat cereal bars, dried fruit packs like chikki, roasted channa, makhana, peanuts and air-popped popcorn fit nicely into your carrying bag.
